Welcome to the Californians for the Fair Property Assessment Plan Home Page! We represent an eclectic blend of Californians from a variety of backgrounds who seek to end the unjust tax burden placed on homeowners, workers, students and consumers through California's biggest corporate tax loophole: 1978's Proposition 13. Since corporate special interests abused the initiative process to pass prop 13, it is time the initiative process was used by the people it was intended for to close it! It doesn't take much to change California: Educate your friends, children, parents, neighbors, and coworkers about prop 13; sign the petition; and when the time comes: Vote YES for amending prop 13!!
